CONCEPT

Bestiario was born with the idea of breaking schemes, thinking of achieving a white wine with red characteristics. For this we choose non-traditional varieties from vineyard in the Loncomilla area, in Maule Valley.

The terroir is alluvial soils, with natural conditions for the cultivation of red varieties, ideal to obtain a white wine, very elegant and with great body.

WHAT’S BEHIND THE NAME?

Bestiario means Bestiary, a manual of beasts. In Medieval times, bestiaries of strange stories about all types of creatures were compiled to convey a moral message.
