Starting with the idea that fear is the prison of the heart, the Michelini brothers decided to realize their dreams and achieve freedom. So they created Bestiario, a wine made by co-fermenting Malbec and País from old vineyards in Pencahue in the Maule Valley. The result is a wine that is half-forbidden and half-revered.
WHAT’S BEHIND THE NAME?
